Equipment Service Program
At Atlantic Packaging we are committed to maximizing the life of your capital equipment investment and to ensuring that you receive the production savings you expect. When you purchase our automatic or semi-automatic packaging equipment and use Atlantic performance materials we bring you a customized courtesy service program . . . CrownCare.
To ensure peak performance your equipment requires accurate installation, comprehensive personnel training, properly specified materials, equipment calibration and maintenance guidance. CrownCare is focused on this performance criteria.
CrownCare is foremost an Atlantic performance review program. Your unique CrownCare program may vary depending on your level of automation, unit throughput, and your overall packaging equipment requirements.
For automatic equipment, CrownCare includes one Service Technician visit each quarter for the first year following installation, plus labor on your warranty parts is extended from 90 days to one year. Further, during these visits, your equipment will be inspected and mechanical and electrical program adjustments will be made to assure safe and proper operation.
For semi-automatic equipment, CrownCare provides two service visits during the first year plus labor on your warranty parts is extended from 90 days to a full year. We review the same general areas as automatic equipment. Both of these services are available at no charge to you, our customer.
Following the initial CrownCare courtesy program an ongoing program, CrownCare Plus is available on an annual basis for a fixed fee. The rate is determined by the scope of your equipment and the volume of Atlantic materials consumed. Both programs are integrated with the purchase of Atlantic’s high performance materials.
